He is a pharmacoepidemiologist and real-world evidence expert with extensive experience designing and conducting studies using large healthcare databases. His work focuses on drug safety, comparative effectiveness, target trial emulation, and causal inference methods applied to complex clinical, regulatory, and market access questions. He collaborates with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, regulatory, and academic partners to translate complex healthcare data into evidence that informs patient care, regulatory strategy, and market access decisions.

Devin Abrahami is Partner & Strategy Director at RWAnalytica, where she works to develop evidence strategies that support regulatory, market access, and commercial decision-making. Drawing on experience spanning industry, academia, and consulting, she specializes in translating complex scientific questions into practical, decision-ready evidence. Her expertise spans real-world evidence, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics and outcomes research, and evidence generation across the product lifecycle.
